How to Change a User’s Group¶
- From the ISPCRM dashboard, navigate to
Usersand selectList Users. - Locate and click on the username whose group you wish to change.
- Inside the user’s profile, there is a column
User's Group. - Select
User's Groupto view all available groups. - Choose the new group for the user and confirm your selection.
- The user will be moved to the selected group, and settings will be applied to their account.
Warning
Remember that changing a user’s group will apply all the rules and policies of the new group to that user. Ensure you are familiar with these implications to prevent any service disruptions.
