How to Change a User’s Group

  1. From the ISPCRM dashboard, navigate to Users and select List Users.
  2. Locate and click on the username whose group you wish to change.
  3. Inside the user’s profile, there is a column User's Group.
  4. Select User's Group to view all available groups.
  5. Choose the new group for the user and confirm your selection.
  6. The user will be moved to the selected group, and settings will be applied to their account.

Warning

Remember that changing a user’s group will apply all the rules and policies of the new group to that user. Ensure you are familiar with these implications to prevent any service disruptions.
