Managing Archived User Accounts

This page serves as a repository for user accounts that have been deleted from the main user database. It acts like a recycle bin or archive, providing administrators with the option to restore or permanently remove user accounts.

Overview of Archived Accounts

Within the archival interface, you will encounter an organized table detailing all user accounts that have been deleted. This could be due to reasons like Account Disconnected or Invalide Accounts by an administrator.

Data Table Breakdown:

  • Status: The current state of the user account, highlighting whether it’s active, expired, or a new addition to the archive.
  • Username & Full Name: Unique identification and registered name of the account holder.
  • Contact Information: The account holder’s recorded phone number, providing a direct line of communication.
  • Address Details: Location information as provided by the user, detailing the geographical data points of the account.
  • Plan & Ownership: Information about the subscribed service plan and the owning entity within the administrative hierarchy.
  • Expiration & Actions: The expiry timeline of the user’s account and available management actions.

Interactive Actions

Administrators have access to bulk management options through the Actions dropdown:

  • Restore Selected: Choose to reinstate one or more selected users back to active status within the system.
  • Remove Selected: Permanently expunge the selected records from the system’s memory.

Prior to executing removal commands, ensure due diligence is exercised:
