User Profile and Management Activities

There are multiple ways to access a user’s profile within the ISPCRM system, but administrators have two primary methods:

  1. Global Search: Utilize the search bar at the top of the navigation bar. Simply input the username, mobile number, email, or address to quickly locate a specific user account.
  2. List Users: Navigate through the sidebar menu under Users and select “List Users”. From the list, click on the desired username. The attached screenshot illustrates this interface, where each username is a clickable link that directs to the full user profile.

User Management Activities

Administrators have a comprehensive set of tools at their disposal to manage user accounts effectively. Here is a list of actions that can be performed:

  • Edit User Profile: Modify personal details, contact information, and other relevant data.
  • Change Group: Assign users to different groups for better organization and management.
  • Activate Service/Renew User Account: Activate or renew services for ongoing access without interruption.
  • Revert Service: Rollback services to a previous state if needed.
  • Provide Grace: Allow users additional time to renew or settle payments before services are suspended.
  • Upgrade Tariff: Move users to a higher-tier plan for improved services or additional benefits.
  • Reset Password: Securely reset user passwords for account protection and recovery.
  • Push Notifications: Send out important messages or updates directly to users.
  • Manage Mac Address: Bind & Clear MAC address, allowing users to connect new devices.
  • Allocate IP Address: Assign static or dynamic IP addresses to user accounts.
  • Users Account Management: Review and manage all invoices and Payments recored also download and send statement.
  • Audit Activity Logs: Inspect logs for any actions taken on a user’s account for security and compliance.
  • Check Usage: Monitor data usage statistics to ensure fair usage policies are adhered to.
  • Support Tickets: Manage support tickets raised by the user, or create new ones on their behalf.
  • Check Current Sessions: View active sessions to analyze user connectivity, Observe real-time bandwidth usage and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage CPE: Link/Assign Customer Premises Equipment (CPE) to users profile and Remotely manage using the TR-069 protocol for efficient network operations.

These administrative capabilities ensure that the user accounts are managed with efficiency, security, and responsiveness, contributing to a robust and user-friendly ISP management system.
